Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is issued by OVD Metselwerken, the operator of Passfold and passfold.app. Passfold is built to keep your wallet private. This short policy explains what data is involved when you use the app or buy the APK from our website.
1. Wallet data on your device
Cards, passes, documents, notes, passwords, and related files are stored locally on your phone in an encrypted database. We do not create a Passfold account for the app, and we do not sync your wallet to our servers.
2. Website purchases
If you buy the APK on passfold.app, OVD Metselwerken (and our payment provider, Paddle) process the email address and payment details needed to complete the purchase and send your download code. Download codes and purchase emails are kept only to fulfill and support that order.
3. Backups
Encrypted backups are created only when you export them yourself. That file stays with you. We do not receive or store a copy.
4. Analytics and ads
The Passfold app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. The marketing website may use standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
