1. Who we are
Passfold is a product of OVD Metselwerken (“we”, “us”, “our”). OVD Metselwerken is the legal entity that operates passfold.app and sells the Passfold Android APK through this website.

By using Passfold or buying the APK from this website, you agree to these terms. At checkout you must confirm that agreement before payment can proceed.
2. The product
Passfold is a local digital wallet app for Android. Website purchases of the APK are a one-time license for personal use on devices you own or control. The purchase includes the APK download (via a unique redeem code) and personal use of the app as described on this website. The price is shown on the Buy page before checkout.
3. Copyright
Passfold, including the Android application, APK package, branding, website content, and related materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by OVD Metselwerken. Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the software or any copyright in it.
4. License — personal use only
Subject to these terms and successful payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Passfold for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
Redistribution, resale, and sharing are strictly prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:
- resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit Passfold;
- redistribute, reupload, mirror, or publicly post the APK or any installer;
- share, publish, gift, sell, or transfer your product key / download code;
- provide the APK or codes to others, including via forums, chat, file hosts, or “shared accounts”;
- remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
We may suspend or revoke access (including download codes) if we reasonably believe these restrictions have been violated.
5. Payments
APK purchases on passfold.app are sold by OVD Metselwerken and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown before checkout on the Buy page. Access is provided via a download code after successful payment, subject to the download limits described at redeem time. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
6. No warranty
Passfold is provided “as is.” We aim for a reliable app, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own backups of important data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OVD Metselwerken is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
8. Changes
OVD Metselwerken may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
