By using Passfold or buying the APK from this website, you agree to these simple terms.
1. The product
Passfold is a local digital wallet app for Android. Website purchases of the APK are a one-time license for personal use on devices you own or control.
2. License
You may install and use Passfold for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid download codes or the APK file.
3. Payments
APK purchases on passfold.app are processed by Paddle. Prices are shown before checkout. Access is provided via a download code emailed after successful payment, subject to the download limits described at redeem time.
4. No warranty
Passfold is provided “as is.” We aim for a reliable app, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own backups of important data.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Passfold is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
